Shipping Policy
1. Usually we ship our products in 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
2. Unfortunately we do NOT dispatch orders during Sundays and national holidays, but we do prepare and process your order(s) accordingly, so they be processed in the first working hours of the following day.
International Shipping Policies :
1. We DO ship internationally.
2. Although the international orders require around two weeks, there are also exceptions and sometimes they may take up to 20 business days to reach you, so please be patient since we are doing our best to send all your orders in a timely manner.

Order(s) Processing
Most
orders take up to 1 business day to process.
All orders received till 10:00 AM on Saturday, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) will be shipped the same day.
All orders received after 10:00 AM on Saturday, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Returns & Refunds
1. We allow returns of all our products within 14 days after receiving the order.
2. Buyer pays return shipping costs
3. Buyer pays return shipping costs in the event of product has been used and/or has been in condition other than new, unused and/or opened.
4. Partial refunds are allowed upon agreement between CREWSHOP.co.uk and the buyer, if there is a problem with the item(s) purchased.
